My great uncle worked for Large Man Industries in East New Eagle back in the ’50s. I remember his lunch pail had a unique compartment for City Chicken snacks. Aunt Ermanie spent many a night cooking the delicious treat for Uncle Antonio to enjoy the next day. The kitchen aromas bring back a flood of soothing memeories and good family times.
